Your choice. Your information.

A clear explanation of the limited information this website handles and the choices available to you.

01

Contact

The general contact form and DIG programme enquiry form send the information you provide directly to IAMS by email. IAMS uses it to answer your enquiry and, for programme enquiries, confirm availability, provide payment information and organize your participation.

02

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you select “Accept analytics.” It may process pages visited, approximate location, browser and device information, referral source, and interactions such as registration or contact-link clicks. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, form contents, or other direct identifiers to Analytics.

03

Consent and cookies

The legal basis for optional Analytics is your consent. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google Signals are disabled. If you consent, Google Analytics may place measurement cookies, including cookies that can remain for up to two years. You can review or withdraw your consent at any time here.

04

Retention and recipients

IAMS keeps contact and programme enquiries only as long as needed to answer them, organize participation and meet applicable administrative obligations. FormSubmit processes form details to deliver the email to IAMS and states that submissions are retained for 30 days. Google processes optional Analytics information. These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-protection safeguards.

05

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Contact info@artsandmovement.org for a privacy request.
